I am ALL about making EASY and HEALTHY treats! And these Peanut Butter Balls are just that! Oh – and they are dangerously yummy! Oats, peanut butter, cinnamon… Yes please!
PS – They are healthy enough to eat for breakfast! #yesplease
Easy Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural, no sugar added peanut butter {or any other nut butter}
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
cinnamon to taste
Stir oats in peanut butter with melted coconut oil, honey and cinnamon. Chill for 30 minutes. Roll into balls and store in an air tight container in the fridge.
Easy peasy!
