Insta-Living!

Hey guys!

How has everyone been? I have about 4 blog posts in draft right now… and I have not had the time to finish them! Recipes, thoughts… I need an entire day to just get stuff done!

I have been spending more time away from my computer and phone and more time snuggling on the couch with Jordan watching movies, playing games, reading stories, cooking, sewing and being present in my life!

And there is nothing wrong with that!

I wish I could create a blog post everyday, and hopefully I will get back to that schedule. But until then, I have been really enjoying the calm minutes and savoring my time.

Being able to blog and health coach full time has always been a life long dream of mine… and in the upcoming months I will be taking steps to get to that point!

I am excited to announce that I am planning on publishing my first E-Book here in the coming weeks and I am SO excited for that day to come!

Can you guess what it will be about? I will give you a hint: it starts with a S and ends with moothies! 😉
