My lunch was so good that I had to share this easy salad combo!
- Mixed greens – baby spinach, romaine and arugula
- cherry tomatoes
- black olives
- fresh basil leaves
- red onion
- fresh mozzarella
- olive oil
- s & p
This was the first time that I purposely used arugula and it was amazing! It has a spicy bite that went well with the mellow spinach and sweet tomatoes. I love a great salad!
