Lunch 9.30.08

Artisian open face sandwich, with steamed baby bok choy

  • freshly sliced Artisian bread
  • hummus
  • basil leaves
  • spinach
  • tomato
  • feta crumbles
  • pieces of chicken breast
  • salt and pepper
  • steamed baby bok choy leafs (5 minutes) with salt and pepper and splash of EVOO

If you haven’t tried baby bok choy yet – DO! I just love the butter flavor the leaves have and such a lovely green color to them. They have a lot of water in them naturally so steam with caution. I only steam them for 5 minutes ad they come out with the leaves wilty and stalk soft yet crunchy.
