I quickly wanted to share my meals and food today!
Breakfast – Protein Oats!
Lunch – Sautéed kale with Organic Turkey Meatballs
I made my kale a few days ago and so many people have asked me how I made it! Well, here it is!
I took 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion and a 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper and sautéed them in a tablespoon of olive oil for 10 minutes or until nice and soft. I pre-washed an entire bag of kale from Trader Joes and added it all to the pan. Covered and let steam for 15 minutes. I added salt and pepper to taste! Easy Peasy!
My organic meat balls had brown mustard, fresh parsley, dried basil and dill, cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt and pepper. Rolled them into little balls and cooked until slightly crispy on the outside and moist in the middle!
I ate a protein bar after lunch because I was needing something sweet! But I forgot to snap a picture! 😉
I was still really full from lunch so I made a small shake – this green beauty had spinach, frozen peaches, frozen mango, ViShape powder, water and almond milk.
