Holiday Recipe Countdown – Day 1

I am counting down the month of December with some of my most favorite recipes that can be used during this Holiday season.

Today I am featuring Brussel Sprouts. I love these little tiny cabbages – ( that’s what I used to call them when I was a kid! ). I usually roast mine with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Lately I have been loving them with dried fruits and nuts.
