You know what I love?
Opening up my email and finding emails from my loyal readers. Whether they are questions, comments or suggestions, I love being able to personally connect with my fans and readers from all over the world!
Now I must admit, sometimes it’s hard to answer all questions and emails that I receive. I wish I did… I wish I could make this blog my full time job and focus ALL of my energy into it. That would be… a dream come true.
But for now, I still juggle time and responsibilities. So if you have written me and I have not gotten back to you, I am very sorry! I still love you though… and I hope you still love me, too!
My weekend has already been wonderful – coffee, blogging, recipe writing and relaxing. It’s raining which makes me want to stay inside and get a lot of stuff accomplished!
And spend some snuggle time with my little Bubba…
He really is the best!
I made a batch of these today…
I have made several bean burger recipes… but this is by far my favorite! I have the recipe on my Just A Pinch recipe page and I was honored when it won a Blue Ribbon! But it really does not surprise me… they are outstanding!
Tonight I added broccoli pieces for a little extra nutrients. They were just as tasty…
Jordan had fun with me in the kitchen tonight, too.

I have always wanted a Prius. And now that gas prices are not going down any time soon… it might be time to be a bit more serious.
Colored Brita pitchers?? Yes please! I have the trusted blue style… but these colors are just so much fun!
