Drinking and typing

Well hello everyone! No excuses as to why I have been distant – just busy! But a good busy! I did a guest post for Diana over at TheChicLife, which should be up shortly! It was a wonderful opportunity but once I started writing I couldn’t stop! =)

Plus, I had written a review on Galaxy Granola the other day and my computer ate it! GRRR I was pretty upset and I didn’t want to blog for a while – I think I was having a pretty bad emotional day because I ended up crying over the mishap. That NEVER happens! But things are better and I hope to be back on schedule again.

I worked out pretty late last night and had a bowl of cereal before I went to bed, around 11:30, and I woke up not hungry at all. I finally had a peachy smoothie at noon – I drank while I typed!

  • a cup of almond milk
  • a banana
  • frozen peaches, with a few strawberries and one fresh kiwi

YUM! So refreshing!
And it’s a beautiful day here in the Seattle area! Look at my gorgeous flowers being hit with rays of sun!

I picked these up at Costco a few days back – I just love having fresh flowers in the house.

OH and thank you all for your kind words on my Lentil Loaf. It tastes even better for leftovers! And it’s surprisingly filling, too. (this was my lunch from yesterday)

See you all soon!
