I am ready for this weekend to be over with.
I “feel” like I ate crap all weekend long. I really don’t think I did, but I know I didn’t eat nearly as many vegetables as I would have liked. Or fruit. I was able to go to the gym both yesterday and tonight so I don’t feel AS bad but… let’s just say I eat a lot better during the week!
I am icing my knees and drinking a wonderful Juice combo as I blog – I ran 5.30 miles at the gym and some core work. Soooo… no pictures. But to be honest, I think I only took 3 or so pictures of my eats as they were shamefully not worth posting. lol
