Absent minded

Hello lovies – how has Monday been treating you?

Sorry for such a lack in posts! Every time I would go to blog something would come up, or I wouldn’t feel like it… sometimes I do get lazy! =)

Not too much has been going on. My parents were over last night which was fun. We played my new Pictionary Man, too! It was pretty fun – different, but fun!

This morning I headed to the gym as my mom watched and played with J. Then came back and made myself a healthy and pretty drink!

I juiced 4 strawberry’s, 1 apple, 2 carrots, 1 beet, 3 Clementine’s, then blended it with 2 tablespoons yogurt, flax meal and ice. YUM! It was so refreshing!

I have yet to make any lunch and now that I have the house to myself I am planning on making a huge pot of split pea soup – I LOVE split pea soup! I found a great vegan recipe that sounds amazing!

Hello, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I started The Clean Eating Mama back in 2008 as a place to share my love of wholesome food and healthy living. Over the years, this little corner of the internet has grown and changed right along with me.

Here you’ll find simple, nourishing recipes, thoughts on clean eating and wellness, and little pieces of my everyday life. In many ways, this blog has become a personal diary of sorts. This is a place where I can share what I’m cooking, what I’m learning, what I’m loving, and where life happens to be taking me.

Healthy living doesn’t have to be perfect or complicated. For me, it’s about making choices that help us feel our best, enjoying good food, and continuing to learn and grow along the way.

So grab a cup of coffee or tea, stay awhile, and welcome to The Clean Eating Mama. Read full bio.
