As the fog clears

Hello all!
This morning I woke up to this:

This is looking out of our backyard into the pasture that is usually wide open. This morning the morning fog settled in and I fell in love with the simplicity of fog. Calming, if you ask me.

I had a great conversation with one of my dearest friends for over an hour – I usually hate talking on the phone but we can talk for hours, literally! Love ya Soph!
We are so common on so many levels yet I love when we don’t agree on something because it helps me see a topic in a new way – variety is the spice of life.

After all of the gabbing I was hungry, so I put Jordan down for his nap and made myself a Green Monster. Hmm… they seem to be coming out more brown than green šŸ™‚

  • almond milk
  • spinach
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • Amazing Grass
  • a half of a peach
  • a half of an orange

YUM! But now I am FREEZING! The sun is shining through the kitchen window and I am soaking it all in!

I am going to be writing an article on one of my favorite fruit to eat – tomatoes. I would love to hear from you and find out what your favorite variety or way to eat tomatoes is. I would love to incorporate your ideas into it! Stay tuned!

Off to take a HOT shower now that Jordan is sound asleep. Have a great day!

I love fresh green beans steamed up with a handful of cherry tomatoes tossed in. Bright beautiful colors and the tastes complement each other beautifully. You don't need any seasonings or butter!

Thank you for visiting my blog! Is it weird that I am jealous of your foggy morning?

Oh – thanks Maggie! I would love to try that out! I personally do not really enjoy ketchup – too sweet.

I love homemade ketchup with organic tomato paste! So much better than the processed kind šŸ™‚ I have a recipe on my site.
