I’m Back!

OK, so after moving, taking care of business and A LOT of eating out I needed to start this blog again. Basically to keep reminding myself to eat as clean as possible. It really does make me feel so much better, both physically and mentally!

Breakfast:
A piece of sprouted toast with cashew butter, paired with organic vanilla yogurt and granola.

Lunch:
An AMAZING salad and an even better glass of Pear wine!

  • organic romaine lettuce
  • tomato
  • avocado
  • feta cheese
  • small pieces of grilled chicken
  • pine nuts
  • a celery stalk
  • basil
  • a drizzle of olive oil

I cant explain how good this salad was!

And the pear wine was refreshing and hit the spot!

Dinner:
I was craving a Mexican flavor so I made another salad. It has been way too hot to eat “cooked” foods!

  • Romaine lettuce
  • avocado
  • feta cheese
  • chicken
  • salsa
  • olives black beans
  • tomato

It hit the spot! I helped it down with some bubbly water.

And I did have some ice cream that Marc bought me last night. šŸ™‚
