Still moving and packing – what a chore! Although Marc and I have gotten very good at not accumulating a lot of extra items, especially since we knew this was a temporary home until we could buy. I took everything off of the walls and everything was covered in dust! YUCK! I thought we were clean but I guess not!
I guess we have 70% of little things in totes, the rest we will pack tomorrow and then just the big furniture is left. We are so excited to move! FINALLY!
Breakfast was another green monster. It tasted better than yesterday’s with a pear. I guess I am still a wimp at these things as I like mine on the sweeter side 🙂
- Amazing Meal
- almond butter
- an apple
- strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
- almond milk
Lunch was my all time fave sandwich! Look at this bad boy!
- Ezekiel Bread
- vegetable cream cheese
- clover sprouts
- English cucumber
Add another mug of tomato soup and I had an amazing lunch!
At about 3 I was getting a little hungry so I snacked on another flavor of the Nectar Cliff bars I bought. This one was chocolate.
Very dense and very satisfying – however I really enjoyed the pomegranate bar I had yesterday. I guess I wasn’t in the mood for chocolate. I also enjoyed some more orange melon and iced raspberry tea.
Marc was home tonight after being gone for 2 nights in Vancouver, BC. We had a very lovely, and SCRUMPTIOUS, steak dinner. Sometimes I just crave a good steak!
He also cooked some asparagus on the grill that was lightly covered in EVOO and garlic. The tops were a bit crunchy and soooo yummy! He gave me all of the “well done” ones. 🙂 The little cakes were crab cakes – not the best I’ve had. They were store bought and tasted funny. He makes excellent homemade cakes but he was too tired for that.
Of course I needed a little dessert tonight so I ate some of my coconut gelato that was in the freezer. VERY sweet but VERY good! And now I am relaxing with a mug of chamomile tea. A perfect end to a crazy day.

What do you think of Luna bars? I really enjoy them but am not sure they're technically "clean"
