Breakfast:
An Amazing Meal shake
- a whole cameo apple
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery sticks
- a huge table spoon of almond butter
- amazing meal
It ended up being very sweet but good!
Lunch:
Salad
- Romain and spinach
- baby corn
- avocado
- carrots
- celery
- salsa
- sunflower seeds
- black beans
Snack:
too many cashews 🙂
Dinner:
Tomato, avocado and basil salad and a bowl of brown rice
