Day 11

Breakfast:
An Amazing Meal shake

  • a whole cameo apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery sticks
  • a huge table spoon of almond butter
  • amazing meal

It ended up being very sweet but good!

Lunch:
Salad

  • Romain and spinach
  • baby corn
  • avocado
  • carrots
  • celery
  • salsa
  • sunflower seeds
  • black beans

Snack:
too many cashews 🙂

Dinner:
Tomato, avocado and basil salad and a bowl of brown rice
