Day 9 and 10!

I have been a tad busy and have had no time to update until now. But I am still doing great on my detox…

Breakfast:
Mighty Tasty cereal with a tablespoon of almond butter, a half of a banana and a handful of raisins. Very filling!

Lunch:
An Amazing Meal shake

  • ice
  • 6-7 strawberries
  • a handful of blueberries
  • a tablespoon of almond butter
  • about a cup of almond milk
  • a half of an apple
  • a packet of cocoa infused Amazing Meal

The verdict? Tasty! AND filling!
I also had a big bowl of quinoa with the rest of my pasta sauce.

Snack:
Handful of cashews

Dinner:
A mug of broccoli soup and a few hours later I had a bowl of rice cereal with almond milk.

Day 10
Breakfast:
A piece of Ezekiel toast with almond butter and natural fruit spread with an apple

Snack:
Cashews

Lunch:
A salad:

  • Romain and baby spinach
  • yellow pepper
  • radish
  • carrots
  • celery
  • half of an avocado
  • black bean corn chips
  • sunflower seeds
  • salsa and hummus

Dinner:
Tomato, onion and basil salad. I cut up a beautiful on-the-vine tomato, spread the slices out on a plate, covered them with walla walla sweet onions, avocado, basil, salt & pepper – YUMMY!
