Daily affirmations are a powerful tool to use. However for those that read or say affirmations without meaning, affirmations are only words. And that’s OK! Some of you may not be in a positive place to fully grasp the idea… but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t read or write your own. Everyone has a beginning!
What is an affirmation? An affirmation is a positive thought that is practiced to help your mind and soul stay positive, focused and to get those wonderful energies flowing through your body. It can be about anything that fits your present situation! My goal is to provide you a affirmation on a daily basis. You may choose to use my affirmation or you can use this exercise to create your own wonderful affirmation.
There is one essential step: write it down! Put it on a sticky note and post it to your computer, write it in your journal, make a picture and save it to your phone… do what ever it takes for you to be able to read this affirmation when you start to feel a little down or lost. And your affirmation can change throughout the day, too!

I have mind power overcome any obstacles. I am able to control myself from bad deed. I have true love to myself and others. I have good health forever. I can get whatever I desire. I eat to live not live to eat. I am strong and healthy without weakness. I am able to heal the sick with the power of the Universe. I live the winner life.
