A not-so-spring salad

I can’t even remember the last time I had a big, fresh salad. With so many dreary days all I want to eat is soup and drink tea.

It was time for a change.

  • toasted pumpkin seeds
  • cranberries
  • dried dill
  • salt and pepper
  • chickpeas
  • olive oil and red wine vinegar
