Boring day – J and I stayed in out of the weather.
Tomato soup + a veggie sammy – sprouted bread, sprouts, tomato, avocado and cucumber.
And a cookie
Dinner was ESPECIALLY good!
A veggie burger on top of a bed of Romain, avocado and onion. I melted a light Baby Bell cheese on top of the patty, spooned some salsa and served it with chips. It was amazing! I could have eaten two servings!

These patties have been a staple item in my freezer for about 6 months now. They have AMAZING flavor and texture! I also love the fact that they are from the PNW as I try to buy and eat as locally as possible. If you are looking for a new veggie patty or just want to try them I highly recommend you do! You will not be disappointed!
Thank you all for your support and comments about my lack of exercise. A lot of you asked if I have hand weights, and the answer is yes. I bought them when I started to do the 30 Day Shred. We have OnDemand with our cable and it always has a ton of free exercise routines.
The problem that I have is working with J’s schedule. It is still very unpredictable! Like today: his “normal” nap time is right around 10:30 and sleeps until 12 or so. Lately he has been only taking a 45 minute naps. But today he was fighting and fighting and slept at 1:30 – 2:15. :bangs head:
