Breakfast – I sipped on a green smoothie all morning before I headed to the gym. I blended up a frozen banana, spinach, frozen blueberries, frozen peaches, almond milk, water and raw protein powder.
Gym – Leg day! Plus 20 minutes on the elliptical
Post Gym – these cookies are amazing – make them! 😉
Lunch – I headed to Whole Foods for some more Vega protein and I stopped in at the deli for some good eats! I do love Whole Foods hot bar! They participate in Meatless Mondays so there were a lot of veggie options! Brown rice with chickpeas, kale salads, tofu and roasted cauliflower. ❤
Snack – On my way home I snacked on a Lara Bar
Dinner – I spotted this ginger miso dressing – I love ginger dressing! I created a veggie salad tossed with the dressing – shaved carrots, chopped cauliflower, cilantro and peanuts. It was fab!!!
I also had a few brown rice cakes with it.
