If you can do anything for 30 days, you can break patterns and change habits. In the case of self-love and positive thinking, it’s all about transforming self-sabotaging patterns and habits into self-loving ones.

For 30 days, you receive daily email interaction with me. I will send out a personal daily email including a healthy living tip, a daily affirmation, journal starters and a unique plant-based recipe. These emails are for you to keep, save and learn from when ever you need! In 30 days you will have 30 (or more) recipes, clean eating tips, positive thinking guides, journal content and much more!

PLUS You will have unlimited email access to ME! Each one of you will be my own personal client for 30 days and will have my undivided attention. We will work through your biggest struggles, help you gain confidence, work on your personal goals and allow your soul to smile!
