Thanks to MyBlogSpark and Yoplait, I was sent two coupons to try new Yoplait Greek. I have yet to try to yogurt but as soon as I do I will do a review – I know Yoplait yogurt is full milk yogurt and while I strive to live a vegan life I do feel it is important to do reviews for my non-vegan readers.

However in the mean time, I have one spa package to give away to one lucky reader!

The spa package includes a velcro terry towel wrap, slippers, a loofah sponge, hand massager, exfoliating cloth and a skin brush. The towel is great because it actually stays put because of the velcro and doesn’t slip off – genius!

You also get two coupons to try new Yoplait Greek yogurt.  Unfortunately this is open to U.S. residents only and the coupon doesn’t work in the following states: California, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nevada, North Dakota, and Tennessee. But you can still enter to win this spa package and pamper yourself!

    At the moment, I would say that I am pampering myself from the stress of final exams by reading your blog! Along with many others =) After this 5 minute breather, it's back to studying, oh the stress of being a university student. But after exams, I will definitely pamper myself, either it be going shopping or to the spa, or maybe a short vacation. Anything's good when you're not in school. =)

    What a nice giveaway! I really like to treat myself and a friend to pedicures because it makes me feel like a goddess. Although after taking up a part time job as a dog walker, I DEFINITELY love the massage aspect on my legs and feet too! I also love reading books on my Kindle.

    I love to go the to coffee shop with a good book. i rarely buy coffee when out but when I want to treat my self I love to get a yummy drink and hang out.

    Here is my plug for myself!. I nourish my inner goddess by running. Its during those long runs when my mind begins to say "no more", that I remember I have awesome power and the ability to go farther than my brain says I can. Its during those runs when I can just listen to my inner voices and feelings and look forward to the endorphin rush to follow.

  7. The way I treat myself like a Goddess is in the little things. Taking a few minutes to sit outside in the warm sun and listen to the birds – making my own bath scrubs so I know they are natural and feel oh so good – lighting a few candles for a long soak in the tub.. and that spa kit would make pampering myself that much easier.P.S. Greek yogurt not only tastes wonderful, but you can make some really nice facials with it!savvytangerine (at) aol . com

  11. Im already a fan on Facebook, but I will blog about this later. As for pampering myself, blogging is definitely my quiet time in the evenings after work. I also love to go on Payday and get some starbucks and my eyebrows waxed then stroll around Whole Foods, total me time!

  12. I try to pamper myself by running and clipping my toe nails on a regular basis. Sounds sad, huh? I guess I need that spa kit more than I thought I did! haha (I have a U.S. address)

    I try to exercise almost every day to relieve stress and indulge my health. A nice warm tea at the end of the day, some music, and a sweet, juicy orange while I'm preparing dinner are also ways I treat myself kindly.

    I live for my super hot shower at the end of the day. It's in that 10 – 15 minutes that I get to escape everything. If I win, I'll give the coupons to someone in a different state or use them on my blog as a giveaway, thanks!

    Oh how I wish I could treat myself like a goddess! I don't have time!My hubby's in school, I work full-time with a two-hour commute, and two daughters – 3 years old and 8 mos. old! Haha! I never have time…But if I could…it'd be a spa day. For sure. A massage, mani, pedi, facial…the works!!!

    I take time for myself every morning by making sure I get a shower each day! It rejuvenate me and makes me a much happier mama (even if it means getting up extra early before my boys wake up).
