For the next 2 months I will consume as much fruit as humanly possible. Cherries, peaches, nectarines, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, melon… the list goes on. I only like to eat fruit when it’s in season and when I can buy it locally at markets or from the farm directly. Besides my daily apple and frozen fruit for smoothies, my kitchen does not see too much fruit in the fall and winter months. By the time April comes, I am salivating and hardly can wait to taste the sweet nectar that drips from fresh, ripe fruit.
I have been searching the net for ways to enjoy fruit and I have got to say… fruit photographs are simply beautiful!
