Every so often…

Hangry Pants did a post about things she never used to like but has now accepted. This has a very special place in my heart as I have always had problems with certain areas of myself.

I hate the fact that I was like this; and yes I still have moments and days where I am completely disgusted by certain areas of me. It is getting a lot better and those days are now few and far between! YAY!

Yesterday’s breakfast was quite delish!

Apple and cinnamon

Half bagel with cream cheese and scrambled egg whites with onion, spinach, cheddar cheese and fresh avocado.

Lunch was LATE! I had an appointment in the afternoon and that put lunch way behind schedule. I arrived back home at about 3:45 and I was starving!

A quick bowl of yogurt and toppings hit the spot!

And some un-pictured crackers with hummus!

Dinner was GREEN!

I had leftover spinach pasta and quickly steamed some zucchini, broccoli and Brussels sprouts. I added a dollop of pesto and some grated parm.

Green is the way to go!

I was hungry AGAIN a few hours later so I had another apple with PB and honey – then I was finally done eating!

Sometimes I feel I eat all the time and never seem to get hungry! lol

  2. It all looks so good to me, and we wouldn't be woman or HUMAN if we didn't look at ourselves and reflect.I think the older we get, the more we realize we need to be good to ourselves. We only go round this dance once and I like to make it the best I can.(this coming from the worlds biggest perfectionist)xoI still can't log on to to your blog except from my Mac at home. Of course it's when I am crazy busy.Don't ever think I'm not thinking or reading…some days I just have a sec to pop in and see what you're up to!xoxohappy Friday my friend!
