Hi! How is your day going so far?
I started out with some toasted sprouted bread, a smear of jam and almond butter. And of course some coffee.
I had a very sweaty workout at the gym – much love to the treadmill! I did running and fast walking at a steep incline. 4.31 miles in 50 minutes. I was drenched when I got home! I started to get the chills so I hit the shower before lunch. But I must admit I could totally tell that I didn’t have enough to eat yesterday. I started to get a bit lightheaded – hence the walking. I wont be doing that again!
Lunch was amazing!
A veggie patty with some melted Light Baby Bell swiss cheese, 4 basil leaves, some onion, avocado, tomato, sprouts and hummus. It was messy but dang, it was good!
I also had a side of Terra blue potato chips, which ended up on my sandwich. I LOVE chips on my sandwich! I used to eat Dorritos in HighSchool and I was addicted! lol
Now I traded up – I love the crunch, especially with such a ooey mess!
I’m actually considering having this again tonight!
